Dear colleagues and friends,

We are delighted to host the 35th Annual Scientific Meeting of the International Association of Dental Research Southeast Asian (IADR-SEA) Division and 9th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Hong Kong to be held virtually in Hong Kong on 8-9 December 2021. On behalf of the IADR-SEA Division Council and the Organizing Committee, I take great pleasure in inviting you to actively participate in the congress proceedings.

Due to the continued concerns relating to the COVID-19 pandemic on health, safety, travel restrictions and quarantine requirements, the IADR-SEA Division Council and the Organizing Committee have decided to hold our annual scientific meeting virtually. We hope the virtual format would allow our participants to view the presentations and interact online regardless of location.

​

The theme of this meeting is “Multidisciplinary Synergy for Innovation in Oral Care”. During the two days, there will be a number of keynote lectures and symposia by reputed speakers on cutting-edge and exciting topics! Indeed, there will be oral and poster presentations by delegates and students. We welcome your participation in the conference and encourage you to deliver a presentation. Furthermore, there will be a pre-conference workshop on 7 December.
